Fumbling Maths Fractions

 


Today I´ll be showing you how to use multiplaction and division stratergies to solve fraction problems. Here is an example: Say we had the question 5/7 of 49. First we would would take the 49 and divide it by the denominator, 7 which would be 7. Then , multiply the 7 by the numerator, 5 which would be 35. An guess what? That is our answer! Easy, right?
