Doubling Division!

This week I was learning about how to use the rounding and compensating strategy to solve division problems. Here is an example: 78 divided by 6. First, let´s split the number in two. Sixty and eighteen.
First we would divide the 60 by 6, which is 10. Then, we would divide the eighteen by 6, which is 3. As 10 + 3 = 13, we have got or answer! 13!

I  hope you learn a lot from this. And in the comments, you could tell me how you went?
